Immeasurable spaces
Existen instantes en la relación del hombre con su medio, en que ambos se unen inseparablemente. No es una unión explícita sino una unión en que los pensamientos y el silencio de los espacios se conjugan en una sola realidad, en un solo tiempo. Cuando ese tiempo y ese espacio, el suelo que pisamos y el firmamento se vuelven infinitos, sentimos interiormente el concepto de eternidad. Al acercarnos a estos Espacios Interminables del extenso universo casi vacío en el que estamos, nos hacemos conscientes de nuestra verdadera y absoluta insignificancia.
There are moments in the relationship between a man and his environment in which both are inextricably joined. It is not an explicit union; it is one in which the thoughts and the silence of the spaces are joined in one single reality, in one single instant. It is then, in this time and this space: when the ground behind our feet and the sky above our heads become immeasurable, that we inwardly feel the concept of eternity. When we approach these immeasurable spaces of the almost void universe we are in, we become aware of our real and sheer futility.
